Reaccredited for 3M Fall Protection Servicing

Ongoing competence isn’t optional when you’re servicing life-saving equipment, it’s essential.

Last week we welcomed Paul Taylor to our workshop for a two-day 3M Recertification Training and Accreditation audit, focused on the inspection, servicing, and compliance requirements of 3M fall protection blocks, winches and tripods.

The programme covered:

• Detailed strip-down and inspection procedures

• Manufacturer service criteria and tolerances

• Technical updates and product developments

• Compliance alignment and documentation standards

• Best practice in ongoing maintenance and record keeping

Bill, Johnny and Steve all successfully completed the re-training and accreditation, ensuring we continue to meet 3M’s exacting manufacturer standards.

It was also a valuable opportunity to review evolving safety guidance, discuss industry best practice, and gain fresh insight into developments across the 3M fall protection range.
