20 Years. One Remarkable Journey!

Today, we’re celebrating a very special milestone at BHB Safety Specialists Ltd.

20 years of Bill being part of BHB, with 15 of those years as owner and director.

Over that time, he hasn’t simply watched the business grow. He has transformed it.

What started as a business with ambition has developed into the BHB we know today, built around expertise, service, trust, relationships and, above all, people.

Anyone who knows Bill will know that building a business like that didn’t happen by accident.There have been countless early mornings, late nights, weekends, difficult decisions, long days and more phone calls than anyone could possibly count. And apparently, being on holiday doesn’t necessarily mean being off work either!

Like most directors, he has worn more hats than we could list, managing the business, solving problems, supporting customers, making decisions, looking ahead, keeping things moving and somehow always finding time to get involved when it matters. But perhaps one of the things we appreciate most is that, despite everything that comes with running a business, he understands that work is only one part of life.

He recognises the importance of family, understands when life happens, and genuinely values the people who work alongside him. That balance is something that makes BHB not just a business to work for, but a place where people can feel valued and supported.

20 years is a long time. 15 years at the helm is an even bigger achievement. So today, we’re not just celebrating the anniversary. We’re celebrating the commitment, the vision, the countless hours, the decisions, the risks, the successes, the lessons, the laughs, and everything that has gone into making BHB what it is today.
