3M Fall Protection Demo Van comes to town!

Bill and Steve were proud to represent BHB Safety Specialists at a recent fall protection demonstration hosted by 3M Personal Safety. The event focused on the risks associated with working at height and highlighted the importance of proper fall protection equipment and training.
The demonstration took place using 3M’s mobile demo van, which features a fall simulation system at the rear. This powerful setup allowed attendees to witness the force of a fall—even from just one metre, where the impact can be equivalent to a 35mph crash. It served as a vivid reminder of how quickly a routine task can become life-threatening without the right controls in place.
