This half-day course provides knowledge and practical training, focussing on fire extinguishers.
This course provides delegates with the knowledge and practical skills to safely and effectively use portable fire extinguishers in the workplace. It covers fire types, extinguisher selection, safe operating techniques, and user responsibilities under the Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010. Practical training enables delegates to confidently tackle small fires where it is safe to do so and understand when evacuation is the appropriate action.
