This course is designed to provide Emergency Response Team (ERT) members with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to respond effectively to workplace emergencies. It equips delegates to manage incidents and hazardous situations where immediate action is required prior to the arrival of the emergency services, such as a chemical spill.

Delivered by experienced instructors at BHB Safety Specialists Ltd, the course focuses on safe intervention, casualty care, team coordination, and the correct use of emergency equipment. Emphasis is placed on realistic, scenario-based training to ensure delegates can apply procedures under pressure while maintaining their own safety and that of others.

On completion, delegates will understand their roles and responsibilities as part of an Emergency Response Team and be able to respond promptly, safely, and effectively to workplace incidents.
