Command and Control Training

Our 1-day course for those tasked with managing workplace emergencies.

This course provides delegates with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage and coordinate workplace emergencies. It is designed for supervisors, managers, and nominated incident controllers who may be responsible for taking command of an incident and directing response teams.

Delivered by our experienced instructors, the training focuses on structured incident management, clear communication, and effective decision-making under pressure. Delegates will learn how to assess situations, implement emergency procedures, manage resources, and maintain control from the initial response through to resolution and handover to the emergency services.
